Add Recomendr to Grok Bot

About 2 minutes. You'll need your Recomendr login.

1. Step 1

   Create a bot

   In Grok Bot, create a new bot and name it Towntide Coach.

2. Step 2

   Add the connector

   Add an MCP connector with https://mcp.towntide.com/mcp and sign in to Recomendr (or paste a connection key from Recomendr → Settings).

3. Step 3

   Paste the Coach instructions

   Copy the instructions from our bot kit and add the Monday check-in routine.

Then try: “How am I doing this week?” or “What should I fix next?”. Anything that sends a message always shows you a preview and waits for your yes.
