Connect your AI assistant (Towntide Autopilot)

• Add a connector in ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot with the address https://mcp.towntide.com/mcp.
• Choose Sign in. Log in to Recomendr, check what the assistant will be able to do, untick anything you don't want, and press Allow.
• Try: "How am I doing this week?", "What should I fix first?" or "Which reviews need a reply?"
• Assistants that can't sign in can use a connection key instead: Recomendr → Settings → Connect your AI assistant.

Disconnect

Recomendr → Settings → Connected assistants → Disconnect. It stops working immediately. Keys can be revoked in the same page.

Common questions

• "It says upgrade required": the assistant tools are part of Towntide Autopilot.
• "It wants to send review requests": it will always show you who gets what first and wait for your yes.
• "A customer asked to stop messages": they're opted out automatically when they reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link.
